The Veerangana avanti bai lodhi govt. Collage patharia was established in the 1989. Our library has a huge collection of Text Books and Reference Books. Now the collection of books has reached up to 11112 approximately also including B.P.L and Book Bank books.
Our library holds Encyclopaedias, Dictionaries,General Studies Competitive books etc.Library staff helps the students in preparation of various competitive exams. Daily News Papers and Magazines are available for students at the Reading Room in Library.Our college being the Research Centre of Atal Bihari Vajpayee University, Bilaspur, for various subjects.
The library has a reading room facility.

Library remain closed on all Public Holidays
All students in the college are made members of the library as per the rule.The ID card is mandatory to bring at the time of issue and return of books. At one time, graduate / postgraduate students issued 2 books for 15 days.
